Newsletter and Journal  Caving In Victoria   Official Documents

As well as publishing regular newsletters and journals over the last 35 years, VSA has produced several pamphlets, guide-books and conference proceedings.

All documents that you may find here are the property of the Victorian Speleological Association Inc. VSA holds copyright and reserves all applicable rights over these documents.

  

Monthly Newsletter and Journal

The VSA Newsletter is published 6 or 7 times a year, alternating with the more substantial Nargun journal which is published 4 times a year. They appear monthly, except for the months of January and June.

The VSA Newsletter is sent to all members, preferably as a PDF via email, or a printed copy via post. The Nargun journal is posted to all members, subscribers and a range of other clubs, libraries and Speleological organisations.

Non-members are invited to subscribe to the Nargun journal for an annual fee of AUD50.00, which includes postal delivery to an Australian address. Overseas subscribers please add AUD10.00 for postage.

Prior to June 2003 Nargun was published monthly, excluding January and June. 3 or 4 Journal issues and 7 or 8 Newsletter issues made up a complete volume of 10 issues, covering the the Association's membership year from July to May. The last issue published under this regimen was Volume 35, Number 10, June 2003.

  

Caving In Victoria

 

Caving in Victoria with the Victorian Speleological Association Inc. is freely available as a tri-fold A4 colour pamphlet in many outdoor shops in Melbourne. It is also available here for download as an Adobe Acrobat PDF file (375 KB).
